Warranty Registration

To activate your new vehicle warranty, please complete and submit the Warranty Registration Form click on the link above, and complete the electronic form. Should you have any questions, please call your authorized Eagle Dealer or call the Eagle Service & Warranty Department.

Warranty Request Process

Outlined below are the methods to facilitate the filing of Warranty Claims. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONTACT EAGLE COACH FIRST, BEFORE REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY LIMIT YOUR FINANCIAL REIMBURSEMENT.

  1. Contact the Eagle Service & Warranty Department at 800-537-2963 to determine that the vehicle is within the warranty period. Have Vehicle Identification Number and mileage available.
  2. Complete the Warranty Request Form making certain all pertinent information is supplied and correct. The form may be filled out on the website or printed.
  3. Submit the form on-line or fax in to 513-797-4353.
  4. Upon approval of warranty request, Eagle Coach will provide a repair authorization number to the requesting party.
  5. Upon conclusion of repairs, fax the completed repair order and authorization form, including authorization number to Eagle Service & Warranty Department 513-797-4353.

Our Warranty

Eagle Coach Company's Warranty Department handles all conversion warranty claims and is available to all dealers. All warranty work, whether performed at the dealership or by outside sources chosen by the dealer or customer, must be pre-approved by the Eagle Coach Company warranty department.

Conversion Warranty Information
Eagle Coach Company’s Warranty is a guarantee to cover repairs or to correct malfunctions which occur during the warranty period for any defect in material or workmanship on the vehicle conversion.

Eagle Coach Company’s Warranty covers:

  • Conversion/modification of funeral coaches and six-door limousines for 4 years/50,000 miles (all vehicles except 1st call vans), whichever comes first
  • • Conversion/modification of Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Caravan funeral service vans for 3 years/36,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Extended Warranty extends coverage to 6 years/60,000 miles for the Echelon, Coupe de Fleur, Icon and Ultimate models and covers only the body conversion package and excludes normal wear, misuse, suspension or rubber components. All claims under the Extended Warranty must be accomplished at Eagle Coach Company and are limited to parts and labor only. Transportation costs are not included.
  • Chassis Structure Warranty is lifetime structural warranty covering the frame rails, inner/outer
    rockers and roof rails
  • Rust Warranty covers all coach models’ body and door panels for the reasonable and useful life of the coach

Odometer Alteration
Odometer alteration is prohibited by Federal law. No coverage will be provided if evidence of odometer
tampering is found.

Lack of Maintenance
Reasonable evidence of abuse, neglect or failure to perform proper levels of maintenance will invalidate the Eagle Coach Company Warranty.

Transportation Damage/Missing Items
Repair notes should be made upon delivery of the vehicle. Transportation damage or missing items must be noted on the original check-in sheet for warranty coverage. Eagle Coach Company must be notified within 48 hours. Eagle Coach Company is not responsible for damage caused by a third party transporter.

Non-Authorized Repairs
Repairs on the vehicle equipment or optional accessories which have been added to the vehicle after leaving the plant will not be warranted by Eagle Coach Company.

Items Not Covered
The following items are not covered under the Eagle Coach Company Warranty Policy:

  • Tires. Tires are warranted by the tire manufacturer only.
  • Damage due to fallout such as chemicals, tree sap, stones or hail, etc.
  • Damage or corrosion due to collision, accidents, misuse or alterations
  • Damage due to vandalism, theft or objects striking the vehicle
  • Damage due to overloading, driving over curbs or towing
  • Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, economic losses, such as vehicle rental, food or lodging, other travel-related costs or vehicle storage
  • Normal wear and tear
